Influence hiring decisions by assessing talent against performance, culture, and growth potential.
Track recruiting metrics and continuously optimize processes for scale and efficiency.
Requirements
Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology organizations preferrably in Managed Security Services OR MDR or IAM Services.
Experience supporting global or distributed teams.
8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on technology and GTM recruiting.
Demonstrated success hiring Security Engineering, Sales and revenue-driving roles in fast-growing, high-tech organizations.
Proven headhunting mindset with experience sourcing and closing passive candidates.
Strong understanding of GTM functions, sales motions, and what drives success in revenue organizations.
Experience using AI-driven recruiting tools, ATS/CRM platforms, and modern sourcing techniques.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to operate with urgency, adaptability, and sound judgment in a dynamic environment.
