Responsibilities
Collaborates with business leaders to understand the organization's strategic direction
Assesses the organization's structure and develops strategies to enhance effectiveness
Provides thought leadership on talent management initiatives
Promotes performance management initiatives and coaching
Leads or participates in HR projects to enhance processes and engagement
Partners with Talent Acquisition teams on hiring strategies
Advises on compensation matters
Utilizes workforce data to provide insights to business leaders
Supports change management initiatives and fosters employee engagement
Collaborates with HR Team and COE partners
Provides guidance and support to business leaders
Requirements
7+ years of progressive HR experience
3+ years supporting senior business leaders, proven experience with Director+ level stakeholders
Advanced Proficiency in MS Office suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Experience in healthcare HR, particularly with clinical resources (MDs, Pharmacists) preferred
Master's degree preferred
