Responsibilities
Lead the design, launch, and ongoing management of a clinical preceptorship program aimed at strengthening the rural healthcare training pipeline in Indiana.
Develop partnerships with healthcare systems, academic institutions, and community organizations to expand clinical training placements across underserved areas.
Manage grant deliverables, coordinate with initiative owners, track program milestones, and produce reports that demonstrate progress toward CMS-aligned performance goals.
Play a central role in ensuring Indiana’s rural communities have access to the trained clinical workforce they need.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, workforce development, or business administration
5+ years of experience in workforce development, grant management, or project management
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain multi-stakeholder partnerships
Experience with federal or state grant reporting and compliance requirements
Strong understanding of clinical training pathways and healthcare workforce dynamics preferred.
