Responsibilities
- Oversee programmatic coordination of Indiana’s interoperability strategy under the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP).
- Align interoperability investments across multiple RHTP initiatives.
- Track cross-initiative dependencies and ensure data exchange capabilities support rural health transformation goals.
- Manage reporting cadences and coordinate with CMS-aligned performance measurement frameworks.
- Facilitate alignment between the technology roadmap and RHTP’s programmatic milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, health informatics, or information systems; master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of directly applicable experience in health IT, healthcare operations, or public health
- Working knowledge of healthcare data exchange, interoperability concepts, or HIE environments
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Experience with program-level governance and cross-initiative coordination preferred
