Responsibilities
Gestión de Cuentas Estratégicas
Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con compradores, equipos comerciales, logística y marketing del retailer
Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y expansión de mercado
Definir metas de sell-in y sell-out trimestrales y anuales
Gestionar inventarios y asegurar correcto abastecimiento en tiendas y CEDIS
Monitorear el desempeño comercial diario, semanal y mensual
Proponer y negociar estrategias comerciales: promociones, incentivos, rebates, bundles, financiamiento, trade-in y campañas
Incrementar revenue, margen y market share dentro del portafolio de clientes
Presentar resultados, insights, riesgos y oportunidades de forma periódica
Actuar como enlace comercial entre la marca y el equipo interno
Participar en sesiones de forecast, pipeline y performance
Asegurar ejecución alineada con estándares globales y políticas
Analizar inventarios, disponibilidad y oportunidades de abastecimiento
Detectar tendencias de mercado y comportamiento del consumidor
Colaborar con Product Management, Marketing, Logística, Crédito, Cobranza y Operaciones
Coordinar lanzamientos, promociones, capacitaciones y eventos del canal
Dar seguimiento a órdenes, embarques y niveles de inventario
Resolver consultas de clientes clave de forma ágil y profesional
Monitorear KPIs de servicio y satisfacción de cuentas estratégicas
Requirements
Escolaridad Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería o afín
Experiencia 3 a 5 años en roles comerciales (KAM, Ejecutivo Senior de Ventas o similar)
