Responsibilities
The professional will be responsible for providing customer service and support to Credits' clients, understanding incoming requests and monitoring each case through to resolution.
Serve as a liaison with internal teams such as Product, Technology, and Commercial/Sales to route and follow up on requests.
Tasks include logging and tracking requests in internal systems, ensuring organized workflows, adherence to deadlines, and high-quality service.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
Ability to organize and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Familiarity with customer support or ticketing tools for tracking requests.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel, for organizing information and monitoring activities.
Ability to understand clients' needs and correctly route them to the responsible teams.
