Responsibilities
You will have responsibility for all stages of the recruitment process
Delivering an excellent experience for all candidates
Work closely with hiring managers on strategic approach to talent acquisition
Manage multiple roles simultaneously while delivering an outstanding candidate experience
Act as a strategic advisor, guiding hiring managers on effective approaches to attraction, assessment, and selection
Coordination of our attendance at university careers fairs
Building relationships with university careers advisors
Running our own careers events
Provide advice and guidance to students, graduates and post-graduates
Involvement in projects that may include developing and improving internal processes
Contributing to our employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts
Supporting junior colleagues and hosting internal training sessions to share experience
Requirements
At least 6 to 12 months of in‑house recruitment experience, managing end‑to‑end processes
Demonstrable experience advising hiring managers or stakeholders on recruitment best practice
Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage numerous recruiting pipelines and projects at any one time
A high level of productivity, with the ability to self-motivate and take ownership of your work
Professional verbal and written communication skills
