Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred
Approximately 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
Demonstrated proficiency in the full recruitment cycle, employing various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Exposure to Talent Development or Organizational Development practices
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Ability to translate business needs into effective hiring and people solutions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with people metrics
