About the role
- Commercial Operations Cyprus Coordinator at Public Group, coordinating between commercial teams and driving operational excellence for retail.
Responsibilities
- Early Warning & Escalation — Monitors weekly commercial KPIs and escalates promptly to the right team, following up until each issue is resolved.
- Demand & Replenishment Coordination — Ensures that supply chain specifics (lead times, seasonality, local variations) are reflected in order schedules, and tracks OOS, DOH, and sell-through performance.
- Promo Planning Coordination — Aligns the promotional calendar with the central team and ensures stock is in place before each campaign goes live.
- Local–Central Liaison — Acts as the bridge between the local commercial team and the central functions, channelling market intelligence and routing incoming requests to the right teams.
- Reporting & Monitoring — Provides regular commercial performance reporting (OOS, DOH, sell-through, margin vs plan) and maintains a live action log visible to all relevant teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- 2–3 years of experience in retail operations or commercial coordination
- Solid understanding of replenishment, range planning, and promo coordination — enough to recognise when something is off, without needing to execute it
- Strong communication and multi-team coordination skills, with structured thinking and the ability to manage open issues remotely
- Ability to read KPI dashboards and ask the right questions
- Experience in a multi-site or cross-border retail environment (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and basic reporting tools (Nice to have)
