- Partner closely with stakeholders and external providers to ensure service excellence, governance, and scalability

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in shared services or GBS leadership within a large or fast-scaling organization
- Proven success driving service delivery transformation across functions such as HR, Operations, Procurement, or Legal
- Deep expertise in digital enablement, process automation, and GenAI or agentic technologies
- Strong understanding of service management, governance design, and performance frameworks
- Skilled in stakeholder management, executive communications, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience leading cross-functional, multi-location teams and managing external service partners
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategic roadmaps, transformation initiatives, and performance goals
- Proven track record managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level accountability
- Strong operational and financial acumen with experience optimizing service delivery costs and efficiencies
