Responsibilities
Lead the strategic direction, transformation, and daily operations of CoreWeave’s shared services ecosystem
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across multiple business functions
Leverage automation, data, and emerging technologies like GenAI and agentic systems
Partner closely with stakeholders and external providers to ensure service excellence, governance, and scalability
Embed innovation and digital fluency into the foundation of our enterprise operations
Requirements
8+ years of experience in shared services or GBS leadership within a large or fast-scaling organization
Proven success driving service delivery transformation across functions such as HR, Operations, Procurement, or Legal
Deep expertise in digital enablement, process automation, and GenAI or agentic technologies
Strong understanding of service management, governance design, and performance frameworks
Skilled in stakeholder management, executive communications, and data-driven decision-making
Experience leading cross-functional, multi-location teams and managing external service partners
Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategic roadmaps, transformation initiatives, and performance goals
Proven track record managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level accountability
Strong operational and financial acumen with experience optimizing service delivery costs and efficiencies
