Responsibilities
Provide efficient administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee changes.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and systems, ensuring data integrity.
Support HR queries, sickness and absence tracking, and system access requests.
Generate contracts and onboarding documents, ensuring timely completion.
Coordinate compliance checks (e.g. DBS, right to work, reference checks) within defined timelines.
Deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Previous experience in HR or administrative support.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Experience using SAP Success Factors would be highly beneficial.
A proactive mindset with a commitment to excellence and accountability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
