About the role

Responsibilities
- You will actively contribute to the optimization of our internal workflows and propose ideas to further develop our process landscape.
- You will work closely with the business units to make processes more efficient and transparent.
- Analyze, document and optimize internal business processes.
- Build, maintain and further develop an intuitive process documentation.
- Develop relevant metrics and reporting on process quality.
- Support and optimize our process management software.
- Assist with the implementation of quality standards and certification processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for quality-related inquiries and improvement suggestions.
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training with a focus on process or quality management.
- Initial practical experience in process management (tools, KPIs, documentation).
- Confident user of MS Office.
- Ideally experience with modeling or process tools (e.g., BIC Process Design).
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach to work.
