About the role

  • Provide administrative support for contract management, payments and legal compliance. Maintain records, control deadlines and assist with payment planning and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the department, contributing to the organization, control and execution of processes related to contracts, payments and legal obligations, ensuring deadlines are met and the reliability of information.
  • Draft and organize contracts;
  • Manage payments related to contracts, ensuring deadlines are met;
  • Enter and update records in the RM internal system;
  • Monitor expirations of licenses, permits and other legal obligations;
  • Support payment planning and scheduling for the team in coordination with the Planning Analyst;
  • Organize and maintain up-to-date administrative files and documents;
  • Support the team with general administrative routines for the department.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or currently enrolled in a higher education program in Administration or related fields.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
