About the role
- Technischer Facility Manager overseeing operational reliability of parking facilities at Contipark. Responsible for maintenance, vendor management, and project budgeting in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reliable and technically future-proof operation of our parking facilities
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of technical systems
- Oversee external service providers and ensure work is completed to required quality, schedule and budget standards
- Document and maintain technical data in our CAFM system
- Assist in planning, budgeting and procurement of technical investments
- Support property handovers and returns of parking facilities
Requirements
- Degree in Facility Management or a comparable technical qualification with several years of professional experience
- Good technical understanding and interest in building systems, infrastructure and facility management processes
- Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Proficient in MS Office (O365)
- Good analytical, conceptual and communication skills
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Valid driving license (Class B) and willingness to travel
