Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive HR support with a primary emphasis on talent acquisition
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers
Administer leave programs, interpret employment laws, and provide generalist support
Maintain HRIS accuracy, generate HR reports, and support annual HR cycles
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3–5+ years of HR experience with strong emphasis on full-cycle recruitment
Experience administering FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, or other leave processes
Experience in healthcare or technology preferred
Experience supporting multi-state workforces a plus
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred
Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms; BambooHR, UKG or similar systems a plus.
