About the role
- Analista de Legalização I ensuring urban planning compliance for real estate projects with Construtora Tenda. Engage with urban legislation and manage legal risks for project approvals.
Responsibilities
- Ensure issuance of licenses and approvals required for launching developments, based on current urban planning and environmental legislation
- Identify and mitigate potential risks
- Work on the pre-legalization phase of real estate developments
- Perform legal and urban feasibility analysis of land plots together with the Prospecting team
- Evaluate initial studies (massing studies and preliminary designs), ensuring compliance with legislation
- Support the project approval process with the city hall and other competent authorities
- Liaise with public agencies to clarify questions and monitor processes
- Review technical documents such as topographic surveys, environmental reports (e.g., vegetation) and land registry documentation
- Support preparation of the development to obtain the building permit
- Monitor and control schedules and deadlines during the legalization phase
- Support hiring of specific studies (e.g., IPHAN, COMAER), when necessary
- Act critically in identifying risks that may impact deadlines or project viability.
Requirements
- University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related fields
- Knowledge of urban planning legislation in Goiânia
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings in AutoCAD
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Social Interest Housing (HIS) will be considered a plus.
