About the role
- Intern assisting with legal contracts and AI innovation at Supergasbras, a leading LPG distributor in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Support the drafting, initial review and verification of contract drafts, amendments, notices and related instruments
- Perform comparative review between standard drafts and third-party drafts, flagging points of attention
- Assist in monitoring contractual deadlines, signatures, corporate documents and organizing dossiers
- Help populate spreadsheets, systems and control databases for the legal area
- Support the standardization of clauses, templates, checklists and internal workflows
- Prepare simple drafts and initial versions of documents under supervision
- Support testing and supervised use of AI tools applied to the legal function
- Organize knowledge bases, templates, playbooks and FAQs for the area
- Help create and improve prompts for contract review, summaries, clause extraction and operational support
- Support lightweight automation initiatives, document standardization and efficiency improvements
- Research best practices for the ethical and secure use of AI in a corporate legal context
- Help translate legal knowledge into practical materials: workflows, checklists, guides and matrices
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Law degree program
- Availability to intern 6 hours per day
- Basic knowledge of contract law and obligations
- Strong legal writing skills and excellent textual organization
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with document control, spreadsheets and information organization
- Genuine interest in technology applied to the legal field
- Familiarity with generative AI, prompts, automation or legal tech is a plus
- Intermediate English
