Requirements
- A qualified solicitor in Australia with at least 5+ years' post-qualification experience in employment and/or industrial relations law
- Excellent understanding of Australia's federal workplace relations system regulated by the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth)
- Sound understanding of work health and safety, discrimination, and the regulation of independent contractors
- Some knowledge of data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity laws
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively independently and in teams
- Good technical skills, including the ability to utilise various tools, including generative AI technologies
- Adaptability and flexibility to work on diverse projects
- Experience in using AI tools in legal work
- Some knowledge of online research databases
