Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact for decision-makers in the construction and residential sector
Support customers in developing customized building services concepts, including comprehensive on-site consultation
Communicate with tendering and decision-making authorities

Coordinate with inside sales and other departments across the company
Continuously refine and improve personal sales strategy
Requirements
Solid technical or commercial vocational training — ideally with a focus on SHK technology (sanitary/heating/air conditioning) or building services/building systems engineering
Field sales experience in building services (sanitary/plumbing, heating, ventilation/air conditioning or electrical)
Experience with the construction and residential sector and a strong industry network
Structured working style, high motivation and proven closing/sales techniques
Fluent German language skills
