About the role
- Trainer supporting employee growth in customer service, delivering training programs and coaching at Conduent. Collaborating with teams and motivating individuals to reach learning goals.
Responsibilities
- Het geven van new-hire, up-skill training en coaching aan nieuwe en bestaande medewerkers;
- Verzamelen en distribueren van cursusmateriaal en leermiddelen;
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen over trainingsschema's;
- Bedienen van audiovisuele apparatuur tijdens trainingsprogramma's;
- Bijhouden van administratieve gegevens met betrekking tot training en relevante informatie doorgeven aan de operationeel managers en/of andere bedrijfsfuncties;
- Identificeren en corrigeren van eventuele fouten, hiaten of onnauwkeurigheden in het trainingsmateriaal;
- Herkennen en verbeteren van de efficiëntie binnen de trainingen in de hele operatie, indien nodig;
- Begeleiden van medewerkers en hen ondersteunen bij het bereiken van de doelstellingen van het project;
Requirements
- Ervaring als docent of trainer bij voorkeur binnen de klantenservice.
- Je communiceert open en inclusief en als persoon ben je een teamspeler, je kan goed samenwerken en hebt een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
- Vloeiend Nederlands in woord en geschrift;
- Flexibel qua werktijden, je werkt voornamelijk van 9:00-17:00 uur, maar indien nodig doordeweeks tot 22:00 uur (avondklas)
- Ervaring in gebruik van MS Office applicaties;
- Je bent in staat om de behoefte van de opdrachtgever om te zetten naar een passende training;
- Als persoon ben je empathisch, klantgericht, objectief beschouwend, heb je zelfreflectie en komt je professioneel en representatief over.
