Responsibilities
Support the management and development of long-term relationships with partners while learning how to maximize account performance.
Assist in onboarding new business partners and ensuring a smooth start to collaborations.

Gradually take ownership of accounts and projects with guidance from experienced team members.
Support the optimization of our brand setup to achieve strong performance and partner satisfaction.
Work with industry-leading brands and contribute to driving high-quality lead generation.
Requirements
A strong interest in account management or performance marketing.
A recent degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven mindset (experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a bonus).
Confidence in communicating and presenting ideas - on the phone, on a video call or in person.
Explaining products, commissions and market relations in easy-to-understand terms and adapting your pitch to the world and viewpoint of your target audience.
