Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field; MBA required
- 10+ years in communications/employee experience leadership
- Proven track record in building brands, managing campaigns, and delivering high-impact communications globally
- Deep understanding of social media strategy, digital marketing, website design, and emerging channels
- Extensive experience shaping narratives for senior leadership and delivering high-stakes communications
- Demonstrated success scaling programs, leading organisational change, and enhancing employee engagement
