Responsibilities
Assists in implementing strategic HR initiatives to drive company-wide recruitment effectiveness and maintain P&C Labor Compliance.
Handles the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation) specifically for all roles within the Shared Services.
Manages and oversees all company sourcing and hiring activities, establishing best practices, standardizing recruitment workflows, and utilizing metrics to ensure efficiency and quality of hire across the organization.
Manages and ensures a consistent, timely, and positive onboarding process across all service lines utilizing the Workday platform.
Oversees the transition from "candidate" to "employee," ensuring all pre-employment requirements are met consistently for data accuracy.
Serves as the primary point of contact and coordinator for all internal and external audits that impact HR processes, data, or compliance, working with other departments (e.g., Admin, Legal, Finance).
Coordinates with external parties (e.g., vendors, government agencies, third-party auditors, ex-employees) to facilitate HR-related requirements and documentation.
Other duties as required from time to time.
Requirements
At least 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
Knowledgeable in Workday, applicant tracking system, and other database application programs
Ability to manage multiple priorities or projects
Team-player, results-oriented and excellent facilitation & communications skills both oral and written
