Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, HR or relevant discipline
Minimum 3 years' experience in People and Culture function
Demonstrated experience in implementing diagnostic tools and assessments (360, personality profiling, engagement, etc.)
Experience in developing and facilitating learning interventions
