About the role

  • Senior Manager leading Xylem’s global sales learning strategy and managing a team of Sales L&D professionals. Focused on building commercial capabilities through effective learning journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Define and continuously evolve Xylem’s global Sales Learning & Development strategy
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of four Sales L&D professionals
  • Partner with Global Sales Excellence and subject matter experts to define required commercial capabilities
  • Identify capability gaps and translate them into prioritized pipeline of learning needs
  • Design and oversee integrated sales learning journeys
  • Collaborate closely with HR leaders to align learning strategies
  • Prioritize learning initiatives based on business impact
  • Drive the development of high‑quality sales learning content
  • Determine the most effective learning modalities
  • Build, upskill, and leverage internal facilitators
  • Establish and track Sales Learning & Development ROI
  • Communicate progress, insights, and results to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience leading sales learning, sales enablement, or commercial capability initiatives
  • Demonstrated success assessing current learning assets
  • Experience designing learning strategies
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales Excellence, HR, and business leaders
  • Experience managing and developing teams responsible for learning design
  • Hands‑on experience selecting, managing, and collaborating with external learning vendors
  • Track record of measuring learning effectiveness and ROI
