Sales Support Professional at CMA CGM assisting customers with digital pricing tools and managing quotations. Supporting Sales teams and promoting products and services within the logistics industry.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in using digital pricing tools effectively
Manage quotation requests from both Outside and Inside Sales teams
Follow up with customers on sent quotations to ensure timely responses
Support Sales teams with a dedicated portfolio of customers
Promote CMA CGM Group products and services, including e-commerce, intermodal solutions, value-added services, and supply chain offerings
Collaborate with pricing teams to resolve disputes (Freight & DDSM claims)
Act as backup for Outside & Inside Sales when needed
Prepare and maintain accurate reports for the Sales Support Supervisor
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, or related fields)
Strong understanding of customer needs, products, and market trends
Knowledge of sales techniques and account management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in pricing and portfolio management
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
Advanced computer literacy and familiarity with IT applications
Fluency in written and spoken English (part of the interview will be conducted in English)
