Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in a high-volume environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS and HRIS systems required.
