Business Development Representative driving B2B tech expansion into DACH market. Engaging clients, managing leads, and collaborating with sales and customer success teams in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
Work directly with our customers to drive their expansion into the DACH market.
Manage responses from outreach campaigns, handle follow-ups, and ensure leads progress smoothly through the funnel.
Assess inbound leads to identify high-quality prospects and schedule meetings that matter.
Research and engage new prospects through personalized outreach via email or cold calls.
Maintain clean, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline progress in CRM.
Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to refine messaging, optimize outreach, and maximize conversion.
Requirements
Direct exposure to clients or customers, whether in sales, customer support, consulting, hospitality, call centers, or any other client-facing role (internships included).
Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus, but not a requirement.
German proficiency (must have): native speaker or strong professional proficiency with a C1+ level.
English proficiency: ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative.
