Responsibilities
Develop and enhance executive client relationships with key clients
Collaborate with various teams to drive business growth
Create and implement strategic plans for long and short-term objectives
Share market insights with key clients and act as the escalation path for issue resolution
Generate and analyze business review data on a regular basis
Assist merchants with improved authorization rates
Submit and manage project requests to ensure completion within defined SLAs
Work closely with the processor relations team supporting merchants and acquirers on a day to day basis
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in managing large accounts with a focus on net new and add-on sales commitments and client retention
5+ years of experience in the debit payments industry
Strong financial and data analysis skills
Ability to travel nationally up to 50% to client sites
