Responsibilities
Identify and map key stakeholders at target enterprise accounts
Design and execute personalized outreach campaigns that resonate with CFOs, controllers, and founders
Partner with Enterprise AEs and leadership to co-develop account strategies
Drive top-of-funnel engagement using a consultative, insights-led approach
Engage prospects across LinkedIn, email, and phone using tools like Amplemarket, Apollo, or Sales Navigator
Maintain a clean and organized CRM, ensuring accurate notes and clear next steps
Track outreach performance, measure key metrics, and iterate quickly to improve outcomes
Share prospect feedback and market insights to refine our sales approach
Requirements
2+ years in a B2B SDR or outbound sales role (experience with enterprise accounts preferred)
Working proficiency in Spanish and English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with account-based prospecting and enterprise sales dynamics
Experience engaging prospects across multiple channels
Ability to work in a hybrid model from our Mexico City office at least 3 days per week
Interest in AI tools to automate and optimize workflows
