Marketing Specialist assisting Civitta in shaping online presence and content across various platforms. Collaborating in social media communication and managing content for effective engagement.
Responsibilities
Create and implement social media communication plans across Civitta’s channels;
Co-develop content plans together with the team (formats, themes, timing, tone);
Publish and manage content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (platform logic matters);
Ensure consistency across channels while adapting content to each platform’s specifics;
Spot trends, formats, and insights - and turn them into smart, relevant ideas for Civitta;
Occasionally work beyond social media: website content, landing pages, articles, and other digital touchpoints;
Ideally: create or adapt visuals for posts (Canva / Figma / similar is totally fine).
Requirements
Junior to early-mid level (≈ 1+ year of experience);
Strong sense of visual and content taste - you know what looks good and what doesn’t;
Fast execution: you can move from idea → draft → publish without endless overthinking;
Interest in business, consulting, innovation, startups, or impact topics;
Comfortable working in English (written & spoken) - fluent English required;
Self-driven, curious, and not afraid to suggest ideas or challenge “how it’s always been done”;
What matters more than your CV is your portfolio, your Instagram or LinkedIn presence, the projects or creations you’ve worked on, your ability to think in content rather than just formats, and your energy and willingness to learn quickly.
