Responsibilities
Convert inbound leads and generate new sales opportunities through strategic outbound activities.
Take ownership of qualifying, approaching, and converting leads using state-of-the-art tools and sales techniques.
Identify prospects' challenges, present tailored demos, and guide them through the entire sales process to a successful close.
Independently handle and maintain inbound and partner leads.
Build and manage your pipeline proactively through outbound activities such as phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Capture customer requirements, deliver compelling product presentations, and support them during the pilot phase.
Own the entire buying center and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth handover and a successful roll-out.
Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams to achieve high conversion rates and ensure long-term success.
Support product development by collecting customer feedback and forwarding it to the relevant teams.
Requirements
You have at least 2–3 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in the SaaS sector.
You are enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and work independently with a clear focus on success.
You actively listen and are empathetic in order to find the best solutions for your customers.
You are solution-oriented and constantly look for ways to improve the sales process and share new ideas.
You are a flexible team player and motivated to drive yourself and your colleagues forward.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2) and English.
