Requirements
Attract, select and onboard professionals, following guidelines established by the People Development area.
Manage the company's attraction and selection processes.
Continuously seek new recruitment sources.
Conduct profile briefings with hiring managers.
Screen resumes and invite candidates to the selection process.
Lead selection processes for all levels, from job opening to closure.
Analyze candidate data and prepare selection reports.
Deliver onboarding training and code of conduct sessions.
Monitor the onboarding process during the first 30 days.
Support competency-mapping activities to improve talent processes.
