Responsibilities
Administrative support for the Personnel (Payroll) department (DP).
Assist in preparing information for payroll.
Help organize employee documentation and maintain up-to-date HR records.
Support administrative processes for onboarding and offboarding.
Support the creation of HR dashboards, trackers, and documentation workflows.
Assist in coordinating internal training schedules.
Help maintain our training library, HR policies, and onboarding materials.
Assist with candidate communications, status updates, and documentation.
Requirements
Currently studying HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Basic knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation, the internship law, and collective bargaining agreements.
Interest in or prior exposure to Personnel/Payroll routines is a plus.
Strong skills in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (formulas and organization).
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in automation, process design, documentation, and HR innovation.
Interest or initial experience in training and development or recruitment.
