Responsibilities
Play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our pharmacy partners
Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely, accurate and professional support
Maintain accurate records using our CRM system (Genesys)
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Promotions, Retail, Pricing & IT to ensure seamless customer outcomes
Handle customer enquiries with a focus on one‑call resolution
Escalate issues appropriately in line with company policy
Demonstrate flexibility across all rostered shifts within our Contact Centre, which operates between 8:00am and 9:00pm
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service - ideally contact centre, however if you have a passion for retail or pharmacy, we’d love to hear from you too!
The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Confidence using CRM systems, telephony and contact centre technologies
