About the role

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Record and document all customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Advanced English.
