Responsibilities
Act as the senior partner for your client’s global and regional procurement organization.
Oversee the full indirect spend landscape on behalf of the client, focusing on APAC regional requirements.
Ensure high-quality sourcing, contracting, and operational delivery.
Coordinate global category experts and delivery teams across multiple time zones.
Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews.
Proactively manage risks, escalations, and complex cross-border procurement situations.
Drive continuous improvement using digital and GenAI solutions.
Ensure transparency on savings, performance, and value creation.
Build and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
Make outsourced procurement work – strategically and operationally.
Requirements
Strong background in indirect procurement, consulting, or managed services.
Experience working in complex, multinational environments (experience with APAC markets is a distinct advantage).
Senior-level stakeholder management skills.
A strong service mindset and genuine client orientation.
Ability to lead through influence without formal authority.
Structured, reliable, and resilient working style.
Interest in digital transformation and modern procurement tools (S2P, AI, Analytics).
Enjoyment of working with expert teams across geographies.
Fluent English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
