About the role
- Leading a team of 10-15 as a project manager in Building Design & Engineering. Coordinating projects in both public and private sectors while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Als teamleider geef je leiding aan een team van circa 10 tot 15 collega’s;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van multidisciplinaire projecten;

Requirements
- Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als bouwkundig projectmanager;
- Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie is een pré;
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een goed eigen netwerk;
- In staat om een diversiteit aan persoonlijkheden aan te sturen;
- Bereid en in staat om te reizen en te werken binnen heel Nederland;
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
