About the role
- QSE Manager overseeing operational quality and safety in renewable energy at Vensolair. Leading teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in safety protocols and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce QSE procedures among operational teams and subcontractors
- Support incident/accident analysis and help define action plans to improve QSE performance, in partnership with the Health & Safety Manager
- Drive and promote the QSE policy on sites (construction sites, operational parks)
- Train and raise awareness among teams on safety and environmental prevention
- Contribute to regulatory monitoring and update documentation (prevention plans, site-specific safety and health plans - PPSPS, etc.)
- Conduct audits and field inspections, identify non-conformities and monitor implementation of corrective actions
- Act as the field liaison for the central QSE department, ensuring alignment between company/group policy and operational reality.
Requirements
- Degree in quality management, hygiene, safety, environment, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the renewable energy sector
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards and regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, workplace safety regulations, etc.)
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage projects
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with good decision-making ability
