Responsibilities
Develop growth strategy for the proxy business in Zambia
Identify new business opportunities, sectors, and customer segments for existing business
Set and achieve revenue, client acquisition, and market share targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
Act as the primary local point of contact for major accounts
Establish partnerships with local businesses, service providers, regulators, and agents
Coordinate local operations to ensure smooth delivery of proxy services
Prepare regular reports on sales, growth, market insights, and risks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, IT, or a related field
5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or market expansion
Strong understanding of the Zambian business environment
Proven track record of growing revenue
