Business Analyst III overseeing business needs documentation development at Cayuse Civil Services. Collaborating with stakeholders to translate system functionality into actionable requirements.
Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing, managing, and implementing the development of documentation for the client’s business needs
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs
Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies
Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc
Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
8+ years of experience with reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs
Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems
Must be able to pass a background check
Minimum Skills: Must possess problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency
Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc
Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time
Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature
Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.
