About the role
- Business Analyst III overseeing business needs documentation development at Cayuse Civil Services. Collaborating with stakeholders to translate system functionality into actionable requirements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing, managing, and implementing the development of documentation for the client’s business needs
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs
- Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies
- Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc
- Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs
- Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Minimum Skills: Must possess problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc
- Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time
- Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature
- Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.
