Responsibilities
Support our customers and the external sales team with technical advice
Handle commercial processing and provide active sales support
Manage projects in cooperation with VB/VPI
Provide customer consultation by phone and in person
Represent the field sales team within defined parameters
Support target, win-back and potential-customer activities
Execute sales campaigns
Conduct customer visits by arrangement
Provide technical advice on system design and product selection
Resolve technical issues, including spare parts processing
Clarify, review, enter and maintain orders
Process returns, credit notes and counter-invoices
Handle commercial complaints
Requirements
Knowledge of heating, combustion (burner), control systems, refrigeration and ventilation technology
Sales-specific and business administration knowledge
Experience in customer support
Good IT/computer skills
Confident presentation and facilitation/moderation skills
