Responsibilities
- Support the development of solutions related to the Brazilian healthcare ecosystem
- Monitor and track performance indicators through data analyses and strategic reports
- Perform in-depth analyses using SQL to understand KPI breakdowns and recommend improvements based on insights
- Manage growth and expansion projects in the pharmacy vertical, ensuring delivery within established timelines and objectives
- Lead meetings with internal and external partners, driving operational improvements and visibility into results
- Apply analytical and business acumen to identify growth opportunities and process optimizations
Requirements
- Intermediate SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Strong analytical profile with well-developed problem-solving skills, capable of identifying complex issues and proposing effective solutions
- Sharp business acumen with the ability to translate data into practical strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Efficient project management focused on growth and measurable results
- Experience with Databricks and ThoughtSpot (nice to have) for advanced analysis
- Basic knowledge of AI and automation tools
- Ability to operate in the fast-paced pharmacy vertical, understanding its particularities and regulations
