About the role
- Junior Business Analyst ensuring operational stability and proposing efficiency improvements at iFood, focusing on logistics and operational metrics.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability of the logistics operation by balancing service level, quality, and profitability.
- Propose improvements to operational efficiency in partnership with strategic areas such as Regional teams, Restaurant Relations, Product, CX, Commercial, and others.
- Clearly communicate operational results and any changes implemented.
- Adjust and monitor logistics parameters to optimize routing and delivery organization.
- Conduct data analyses to generate insights and identify root causes of operational deviations.
- Propose corrective and preventive actions based on operational indicators such as SLA, cancellation rate, and delivery efficiency.
- Develop and implement tests for continuous improvement of logistics performance.
Requirements
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience designing and executing A/B tests.
- Effective communication skills, able to engage with different teams and organizational levels.
