Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Pipeline Support
Identify and research prospective customers across target industries in North America.
Engage with potential clients through email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
Assess customer fit based on use case, business pain, and urgency.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead and outreach activity in the CRM.
Assist in tracking pipeline progress and surfacing data trends to the sales team.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on prospecting approaches.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
Strong interest in building a career in sales within B2B SaaS.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural, and data-driven environment.
