About the role

Responsibilities

  • Gain real experience and learn from the best in a 12-week internship program
  • Collaborate and build relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Transition to various roles and develop necessary skills, knowledge, and attitudes for an Operations Management Associate role
  • Seek real challenges and have client exposure
  • Participate in team accomplishments and have initiative acknowledged
  • Learn skills vital for operations leadership in areas such as Risk Management, Talent Management, Reliability Excellence, Operational Efficiency, Capital Efficiency, and Continuous Improvement

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Bachelors or Master’s degree from an accredited program in any subject area, and graduating between December 2027 - May 2029
  • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
  • Able to work collaboratively with varying individuals
  • Willing and able to relocate for the internship
  • Ability to contribute, both as part of a team and individually
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and weekends should the occasional need arise
  • Willingness to work in a variety of environments (office, outdoors, at heights, etc)
  • Proven ability to work optimally with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures
  • Candidates must be geographically flexible and willing to relocate for an internship opportunity anywhere in the U.S.
  • Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance
