Hardware Operations Technician responsible for hardware maintenance and performance improvement at Halter. Ensuring systems operate smoothly to transform New Zealand's dairy and livestock industry.
Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring our systems are operating efficiently
Resolving technical issues quickly
Helping to refine and improve the reliability of our hardware across our customer network
Oversee the upkeep and repair of Halter’s infrastructure
Diagnose any issues with our hardware and feed this information back to the relevant team
Provide critical on-site support during farm deployments if needed
Collaborate with all of the Halter teams to ensure alignment and successful customer outcomes
Requirements
Practical, hands-on experience with tools, electrical work, construction, networking, or equipment fitting is a must!
