About the role
- Senior Marketing Manager for multi-asset broker HFM, managing marketing platforms and tools, ensuring optimal campaign execution and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update key marketing platforms including: CRM / Email Automation tools, Website & Landing Pages, Referral & Loyalty Programs, Tracking, tagging, and analytics dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Dev, Product, CRM) to ensure correct implementation of assets and features.
- Test new releases or updates and report bugs or issues to the PMM.
- Assist in building and optimizing automated flows (welcome, re-engagement, retention).
- Prepare content uploads for websites, CRM, or landing pages following brand and compliance guidelines.
- Support the setup of A/B tests and report key insights to improve conversion and engagement.
- Track performance of marketing tools (email deliverability, journey completion rates, funnel conversion).
- Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards in collaboration with the BI team.
- Collect feedback from users and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date internal documentation (release logs, naming conventions, setup guides).
- Ensure all platforms follow consistent standards for tagging, data collection, and automation.
- Support onboarding and training materials for new users of marketing tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM, or digital marketing support.
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels, automation flows, and tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process accuracy.
- Eager to grow into a product-oriented marketing role with technical depth.
