Handle objections and customer concerns effectively
Support customers in activating key products/features
Provide simple, step-by-step guidance
Adapt communication to non-native English speakers
Log all customer interactions accurately in CRM
Generate reports and insights for management
Requirements
Strong command of English, with confidence in communicating with international customers
Strong sales experience with a commercial mindset, balanced with customer service skills
Experience with WordPress, web hosting, and overall website management.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage own pipeline
