Responsibilities
Join the Sales team and report to the miLibris Director
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth within the current client base
Manage onboarding, deployment, and product evolution phases with clients
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Standardize and optimize account management processes for consistency and efficiency
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives and implement innovative strategies
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of B2B account management experience in media, publishing, SaaS, or digital solutions for publishers
Strong understanding of publishers’ business challenges: digital distribution, subscriptions, revenue models, and editorial/technical constraints
Proven experience managing client portfolios, securing contract renewals, and driving revenue growth through upsell opportunities
Experienced in managing onboarding and product deployments, working closely with product, technical, and support teams
Excellent customer service orientation, operational rigor, and strong quality focus
Strong communication skills, able to build long-term, trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders
Autonomous, structured, reliable, and results-oriented with full responsibility for assigned client portfolios
Fluency in French and English is mandatory
